Nighthawk satellite will no longer connect to the nighthawk router

One of my nighthawk satellites connected fine with its router, but after a couple of weeks it stopped connecting. The blue light in front turned red. The other satellite seems fine. I moved the disconnected satellite closer to the router and it started connecting again, but a few weeks later it stopped connecting in that spot too. I’m ready for answers or my money back.
