Well, the simplest approach is to set up the new router's wifi name and passphrase to match the old one.  Then the extender should just work.

If you don't want to do that, then reset the extender and set it up again.  The user guide explains how to do that, the link is here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX3110/EX3110_UM_EN.pdf  Let us know if you get stuck doing that.
