Which router do you have it connected to?
What firmware is on the extender?
What method of setup did you use? (wps or installation assistant)
there shouldn't be an issue with that many connected. I've had 20-30 connected to mine before without issues.
- It is running the most up-to-date firmware and I used the setup assistant on the app.
Several devices are connected fine. For example one of my laptops works fine downstairs on the main router however going upstairs to the location of the extender it loses Internet access rather than WiFi connection.Which router do you have it connected to?

Up-to-date isn't a number, isn't always up to date, and doesn't help others that might have this issue when that version number is no longer up to date.
