Not able to connect

Not able to connect

Hi, after having changed my main router last year I am not able to log on the repeater and no chance to change the pw or reset it to start from the scratch - neither WPS nor via webbrowser. When typing "mywifiext.net" in the browser it says only "you are not connetcted".

Please advise

Welcome to the community!

 

1. Please make sure that a proper reset is done. Page 37 and 38 of the user manual linked below may help out.

2. You can temporarily hardwire a computer to the extender to access the extender UI.
