OUTDOOR WIFI REPEATER OR BOOSTER

Im looking to extend my wifi outside for a better signal......something like a range extender that you use inside......But the same idea for outside.....im looking for something simple that connects wireless to my router.....Do not want to run a cable all the way outside........Thanks for your help
