I was having trouble setting up my extender and clicked on the chat help window. I was connected to help and he set up my extender. At the end he informed me that I owed $99 for a firewall he installed. I paid as I had no choice. I got a receipt from paypal for the payment to Avin Infotech. Anyone know who or why? Why am I paying 3 times the cost of the device for support??? Thanks in advance.
