I am attaching PR2000 to my home network wirelessly,
I do not have admin rights on the router.
I do have access rights to the 2 web clients that are broadcast by the router
I want to attach the PR2000 wirelessly to a web client so it has internet access,
But when I try to add it and save the profile for reuse later, the genie software does not save the profile,
The are a lot of wifi connections that are attached to the web client. Sometimes the Wifi interface does not connect. I think the channel is overloaded.
So my plan is to connect the PR2000 and leave it connected and then connect my
iPhone and desktop and maybe other devices to the PR2000.
We are sorry for not being able to get back to you immediately. May we know if the PR2000 was working before or you just recently purchased the unit? What is the current firmware version of the PR2000? You may try to reload the latest firmware or downgrade the firmware.
Note: Reset the PR2000 after loading a firmware then set it up again.
