Hi i have netgear booster its a white one size of a plug with 2 antennas that has previously been syncd with a Sky account i have now moved to BT have can i re pair with the BT Wifi

Provide the exact model information (yes, I'm approaching 60 and I know it's very small printing on some extenders - your mobile phne camera can help).
In general, I suggest you do a factory reset. Press and hold the reset button using a paper clip or pen and wait for at least 5 seconds or until the Device to Extender LED blinks amber. Release the Factory Reset button and wait for the device to reboot.
From here reconfigure the extender from scratch - if you don't have the papers provided, head to https://www.netgear.com/support/ and type the model version, like EX3700, there you can find the documentation with the Quick Start and/or Installation guides for your extender model.
