Password doesn't work

I have a WN3000RP range extender. I tried using the same password for my router like instructions say to do and it won't connect. I tried connecting with a wifi computer and my iPad. I tried going to mywifiext.net and the page won't load either. Thanks

Make sure to use WPA2 and reset the extender and try setup again

I have a DIR-825 router. I don't know how to change WPA2. I can get to all the router settings and such but theres so much stuff I can go to. Would it be under Internet, wireless, network or usb settings?

I have the same problem and I ensured that both had WPA2

I cannot access the wizard either via wireless
I tried with an ethernet cable but it did not really identify the passcode
