Password issues with NetGear EX6150v2

I just installed my Netgear EX6150v2 Wifi Range extender, following the instructions. The password I set up does not work, and I can't gain WiFi connection thorugh the extender. All of the recommended ways to reset the product or reste the passwords suggested by NetGear do not work. Any suggestions?

Hello GAHL
on a pc connected to the main router try to go to www.mywifiext.net see if it lets you login to the extender. If not try connecting a laptop to the ethernet port of the extender and try to login. If that does not work you may need to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try the setup again.
