Power lead light dont work ?

My Netgear extender X4S dont work, the power led light do not open ?

I have no idea what you mean by "the power led don't open"

Maybe more details like what all the leds are doing?
Firmware on the extender?
router you're connecting it to?
How you're going about setup?

When I plug the power to my Netgear extender X4S the power light don't open (led light show nothing), even I push the on/off button.  I am not able to use my new, 3 weeks old, Netgear Extender X4S anymore...The power light and the extender don t work ?

If the power light doesn't come on at all, I'd return/exchange it. Especially if you're still within your return period for where you got it. Probably faster than going through netgears rma/return option.

Otherwise you'll have to start an rma process with netgear. You should also be within your free 90 days of support if its only 3 weeks old (provided it was purchased new).

Click on mynetgear at the top. register an account and the device. From there you can start the return/rma process if you go that route.
