Printer won't connect
The new extender is working great for my wireless connections, however the printer connected via the ethernet port is not seen.
I know the cable and printer work: and the IP address is accurate: all work when the extender is bipassed.
The latest firmware is installed too.
Any suggesetions?

Re: Printer won't connect
Hi @CJ_M,
Welcome to the community!
1. Please indicate the firmware version of the device.
2. Do the activity lights on the Ethernet port light up when you have the printer connected?
3. Does the printer show up on the router/gateway UI as a connected device when going through the EX3700?
4. Is the printer configured to have a static IP?
Regards,
Dexter

Re: Printer won't connect
Firmware is up to date: V1.0.1.78
All lights on the front of the extender are green (and nothing changes when the ethernet cable is plugged-in or not).
No "wired devices" are seen in the "connected devices" area of the settings.
Yes, the printer has a static IP Address (on my Mac) and it works perfectly with this cable and when connected directly via the main router.
(all other wi-fi functions are great with the extender... only the printer / ethernet port won't connect)
thank you
