Problem with AC1200 range extander

Hi,  I connected extander with existing wifi but it shows me always "you need to login to network".

 

When I go to "mywifiext" it shows it's connected to existing wifi router but no internet.

 

Any help?

 

Recently owner of the house changed new router so I reset extander and create new profiles. Also I can't log in on existing router like before with default gateway

Hello Deanyzg,

 

Factory reset the extender by pressing on the small black button using a pin for 15+ seconds then join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network using a phone or laptop. After you connect to the NETGEAR_EXT network with your phone or laptop, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.
