Problem with Night Hawk Extender EAX80 in access point mode and one wifi name
I have a router R7800 as a router and I just brought night hwak Wifi6 EAX80.
After I completed setup wifi extender, the speed of internet seem to was halve. (Same I use another router to do repeater mode).
I try to use fastlane function by used 2.4GHz and 5GHz as backhaul. The internet speed still not fully (my internet speed is 500 / 500 mb).
I re-setting EAX80 to access point mode with ethernet cable with different wifi SSID, my internet speed reach to maximum bandwith.
But when I checked in wifi setting, it does not has one wifi function to select and I tried to change wifi SSID name to same with existing. After checked connected device in GUI, I can't found any devices can connect with EAX80 in wireless but it connected in wire channel.
So I would like to know can EAX80 function in access point mode and one wifi name?
If yes, what is the procedure for this setting. Is it same with this?

Hello wattanwi,
You are correct! The first KB article you linked specifically during step 8 states that:
Note: Using the same WiFi credentials as your router enables your extender to support the One WiFi Name feature. With One WiFi Name enabled, everyone in your network is able to move between your router and extender’s signal with no network interruptions.
