R6850 - AC2000 - availability of LAN ports in Access Point mode
Hi all,
I'm about to buy a Netgear Router R6850 - AC2000 to provide fast WiFi to my Notebook / Android devices and connect my Desktop PC to one of the Gbit LAN ports. Internet access should be available via LTE modem/router which should be connected via LAN cable to the Netgear Router and provide the IP adresses via DHCP to all clients.
It's well documented that this should work by putting the Netgear Router into Access Point mode but I can't find any information regarding the Gbit LAN ports. Will my Desktop PC be connected to the same network when using a LAN cable to the Netgear when using Access Point mode?
The main goal is to provide a fast connection between the Desktop PC and the Android devices for Steam Link or streaming vids.
Thanks for your help in advance.

yes your pc will.
Usually the bottleneck is the hotspots lte connection
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
1.4gig download/50mbps upload from Xfinity
