We have a R7000 router and WiFi. We have it connected to arris as the main router so we are able to have two WiFi addresses in our house. I just learned of the app so I loaded it. It suggested I push reset button to take to factory default. I did. Now it’s not connecting in general. I can see it in WiFi and it will even say connected but no internet access. App says it’s not finding and I tried the suggestions which none worked. I saw some things about firmware but I don’t know how to update it if I can’t connect it. Any thoughts on how to connect...my family is freaking out about how we will work and school tomorrow from home without it. Thanks so much in advance!
