Range Extender EX 6100 Device Link LED Not Lit

Range Extender EX 6100 Device Link LED Not Lit

I just plugged in the Extender EX6100 and the Device Link LED will not light up. All other green LED are lit.

 

At this point I literally have no idea how to resolve the problem. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
