Range Extender
So I just installed my new nighthawk AX6 replacing my old Google mesh system. The router is located in a lower room and send a good signal through most of the house. With the eception of the PC that is in the dinning/living room. The router is lower than the PC and the signal needs to travel through a concrete slab, oven and fridge. When I do a speed test on the PC I'm lucky to get a 4mb download and 1mb upload. So Im thinking of putting a extender in the room close to the Computer. What would you all recommend for the this situation?

Re: Range Extender
concrete is one of the best blockers of wifi. And so is metal.
Your best option? move the primary router so its not having to go through those materials. Nothings going to work well with them.
And if you need to add extenders, you could try running ethernet to them, using a moca adapter (ethernet over coax), or even a powerline adapter to connect them to.
