Rax120 often offline

The router goes off line many tiles per day.
I often restart the router again.
The firmware is 1.0.1.136
Fancy router drives me crazy.
Also I contacted Internet provider, they said the line is working.
Which one is right?

Do you "reset" the router or "reboot" it?

Resetting is a factory reset and reinstall. Its many times beneficial when firmwares changed. Have you actually tried a full factory reset?

Current setup: CM2000-> RBKE963B-> Trendnet TEG-S380-> GS716T-> pi-hole
also in AP setup: RAXE500->EAX80
