What modem/gateway are you connecting to?
What actually happens? You didn't give us any details on why you think they aren't compatible.
How did you go through setup on the devices?
as before the rax40 firmware update break the eax20 link.

This literally told us nothing more. It didn't answer the questions even slightly.
with the previous firmware link worked fine after firmware update on rax40, the link with eax20 is not working any more.
I'm sure netgear didn't do the required quality test.
i need the correct firmware asap.
it's not acceptable for a leader to work like this
when I go on mapping the router is not shown any more on the map.
generic icon not rax40 icon router.
same issue here, downgraded router to previous firmware until issue is resolved.
