Ready NAS102

Dear Support,

 

I am facing an issue in Ready NAS102 while backuping the files.

It shows the erroe message as :Backup Status: Fail: Failure during copy.

Cannot read the file.

Earleir it was copying all the files for the past one week,I am getting the status as Failed.

Please guide us how to fix the issue and awaiting for your reply at the earliest.
