Reboots when configuring unable to configure

I am trying to configure Ac2200.  I power up go to UI select my Networks 2.4 & 5 and input password while it is applying it reboots and unit goes to orange light on power.  I have tried WPS and it does the same at about the same spot.  Is this a possible FW issue does anyone have any ideas?

If this is a new purchase, you should either exchange it with the seller, or contact Netgear support via my.netgear.com.
