We just brought the extender earlier this month and it's been working fine. Today after my landlord reset the thermostat, the extender disconnected and now we can't get it to reconnect. I've reset it. Forgot the wifi on my iPad and reconnected. Went to the site from the booklet, but on the site it says those instructions aren't for my model. Even when I try the links, nothing loads up. All lights are green. Home network working fine. Extender just won't connect for some reason. Can anyone help?

Have you tried factory resetting the extender, then connecting a pc/laptop to it via ethernet, and going through setup that route? If you do, disable the wifi on the pc/laptop you use so it doesn't default back to the wifi during setup.
