I have a netgear EX7700. Yesterday I connected a new Verizon router for my Internet connection. Today I tried to connect the extender to the router and I cannot make the connection. I have done a factory reset and have placed the extender next to the router. On my phone' in settings, I see my local connection and the NETGEAR conection but I cannot get both of them to connect with each other. Also uploaded NightHawk app and it will only allow me to use it with the qr code on the bottom of the extender. When I place the camera on the code, it says it is an invalid code and it will not allow me to process manually. How do I get the extender to link to the wi-fi. Tech support is not helpful unless I buy a service agreement.
