Reset password back pin didn't work model WGR614 v7

I forget my admin name and password and back pin of wifi router didn't work so kindly informed how i can reset my password.model WGR614 v7

Hello Shabirahmed

 

Holding the reset pin is the only way to factory reset the device make sure you are holding ti for 10 seconds.
