Resetting extensions to a new router
I just received a new rouster from Centurylink and I am trying to reset my range extender to this router. I've tried resetting the extender to factory setting and I can't get them to pair up.
Model: EX2700|N300 WiFi Range Extender Essentials Edition

Re: Resetting extensions to a new router
don't use WPS to pair them. Wps can get coded different and not work properly between device manufacturers (especially the stuff centurylink supplies).
Try installing it using the installation assistant. The 2nd video on the support site shows using the installation assistant.
