Router Not Found
I haven't used my app in a long time but today I used one of the spare ports on the extender, so I thought I check the status of the devices on the app. I clicked on the app and it took and update. Now I getting a "Router Not Found" but I'm still connected to the extender, I've deleted the app and tried setting it up again but no luck. The same "Router Not Found" I tried the Connect with Anywhere access button but but it only shows my extender in gray and cannot connect. Ive also reboot the device including my cellphone (iPhone) but that didn't help either. The extender is working as all my devices are connected and working properly only the app in not. Any idea how to fix this?
thanks

Re: Router Not Found
What actual devices do you have?
You didn't put what router you have?
what extender you have?
what modem/gateway they're connected to?
You didn't firmware firmware versions for router/extender.
and you didn't put what app version (or even what os you have).
Makes it tough to help with limited info.

Re: Router Not Found
If you've already setup the extender, log into your att router and look at its attached devices page.
it should list the extender and it's ip address. try accessing it using its ip address and not the app
