Running two modems - One comes up as "limited" connection?
I recently brought a Netgear N600Wireless Dual Band Gigabit Modem Router (Model No. DGND3700) to put in my room as the internet connection was weak and i wanted something quicker for online gaming.
After connecting it all and going through the set up phase, all the modem lights are on where necessary except the Wifi one which is below another similar looking symbol.
However i can't even connect my laptop via ethernet to this modem??
Dsl and power cable are connected firmly. What else do i need to do?
Works fine without the first modem turned on, but then flatmates will get annoyed with weak signal on their end.
HELP!!

You can run it in Access Point mode. Once you have configured it, run a CAT5e cable between the two routers. Yours will be an AP, and the oother will be the router (DHCP Server).
