SLow Speed with extender EX2700
Slow Sped. My WiFi is at 75Mbps download and 5.7Mbps upload. The speeds on the extender are only 0.8 downlaod and 1.2Mbps upload. Painfully slow.

Re: SLow Speed with extender EX2700
How close is the extender to the router? What color is the Router Link LED on the extender?

Slow Speeds. House Wifi is 44.8 Mbps download and4.4 Mbps upload The speeds on the extender are 19.0 and 5.2. The extender has ALL green lights and is only 20 feet from the router.

This is a lot faster than the earlier speeds you posted. It is a bit puzzling that you are getting faster upload speeds with the extender.
The extender needs to relay everything to the router - and with the ex2700 that is done through a single radio. That generally cuts the wifi throughput in about half (not far off from what you are seeing in the download direction). The upload bottleneck is your ISP speed, not the wifi.
