Has anyone heard of this website/service that is saying they are supporting Netgear installation and performance issues? Are they scammers or are they real? The website is:
I'd be betting on scam/opportunistic site. reason why is support is free for the first 90 days of purchase. All you have to do is click on mynetgear at the top, register and account and the device. from there you contact support.
That's what I figured. I can't imagine that Netgear wants them using their name as an authorized service provided... How do you report them to Netgear?
