Setting up 2 ex2700 extenders

Hi, i was wondering it i could get some advice on setting up two of these extenders? I can get one set up but not the second on the same router. Any advice would be appreciated.

power off the 1st one and then try setting up the 2nd one.
Make sure they have different ssid's than the router or they can end up connecting to each other.

Many thanks, this seemed to solve the question although sometimes one of them does not always connect first time when the device has not been connected for a while.
