Single device not able to access internet

Hi - I'm having an issue with a single Samsung phone and connecting to the internet using a particular mesh system. It connects to the network but can't access the internet. All other devices work. Any suggestions are appreciated.

1. what system do you have? 

2. Firmware on it?

3. what modem/gateway do you have? 

4. Does this particular phone work fine on other wifi networks?
