We have the above extender. With covid lockdown, 5 family members home using WIFI, and 1 parent working from home. Does the extender create essentially a "second" network? In other words, we have our <network>, and the range extender <network>_EXT. Does the speed make a difference, if I keep kids and non working parent on the _EXT, and dedicate the main network to the working parent, or is it irrelevant who is on which connection, because it all goes through 1 modem? Is there a simple way to speed things up?
