Trouble connecting to Extender EX6100 . I need to update firmware. Please help

Since resetting Extender EX6100, I am unable to connect to extender. I went through connecting EX6100 to my BT Infinty router. But cannot connect to extender.

Please Help.

Bought EX6100  09 September 2015. It has never failed me until now.
