Can i hook up two extenders? and how do I set it up?
You can. The normal way is to connect both extenders to your router. It is also possible to daisy-chain them, but that won't work as well.
As far as the logistics go, one approach is to set up the first, then turn it off and set up the second. Then turn on the first one. Use different network names for the two extenders.
