If you hardwire a pc into the modem, what speeds do you get?
Are you testing your speeds on the router hardwired in?

You have the RAX200?
What firmware is on it?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?

Re: UPload speed is not the same.
The moderm is from optimum the cable company. "ARRIS " and the router says the firmware is update to day.
1. I did a factroy reset, already it did not work.
2. also the speed when i did from the wifi also show it slow.
3. only the netgear app, test show the connect is fast.

Have you tried updating to a newer firmware version? You're a couple behind. You can manually update.

Re: UPload speed is not the same.
Yes, if you're getting the same speed directly wired to the modem, thats the bottleneck.
