I HAVE TWO WIFI NETWORK FROM TWO DIFFERENT INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER FOR WHICH I NEED RANGE EXTENDER ... CAN I CONFIGURE EACH BAND 2.5GHZ AND 5GHZ TO EXTEND TWO DIFFERENT WIFI NETWORK ?

No you can only use a extender on one connection each.
