Unable to connect extender after new router

Hi all,
I had been using the Nighthawk X6S to extend the wifi of my router with Sky. We have just gotten a new router which I have installed today, however when I try to set up a new system it isn't working on Nighthawk. The old wifi networks are still there (but cannot connect) and when I try to do the new system set up the NETGEAR_EXT doesn't appear at all, so I'm stuck and the app is not helping.
Internet is up and running fine, but it's the extender which isn't allowing me the option to find the guest networks to set up, nor remove the old networks.
Neil

Start with a factory reset.
If you'd tried to setup using wps or using the old setup, it won't have the _ext extension.
So push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
then try using the installation assistant (not wps)
Here's the video of the installation assistant setup.

Re: Unable to connect extender after new router
Is this the EX7700?
What brand and model WiFi router are you connecting the EX too?
Can you connect a wired PC to the EX and set it up using a web browser?
Refer to the user manual and installation guide for additional help with this.
