Unable to connect

New router and modem now trying to replace extender and unable to connect. Flashing green light then it stops.
Is the a phone # somewhere to call! This is painful!

What modem and router did you replace with? Firmware on them?

Firmware on extender?

Whenever you replace a router and are using your same extender, its good to factory reset the device (extender that is). This removes old settings and should make redoing it easier.

You say the green light is flashing and then goes off. Which leds? There are 4 of them. Describe what each is doing.

You do have the option of contacting support. There is 90 days of free support. After that you have to pay for it. If you'd like to do that route, go to the top and click on mynetgear, after that register an account and your device. From there you can contact support.
