Unable to detect Network NETGEAR_EXT for AC1200

I am unable to detect Network (NETGEAR_EXT), it does not appear in wifi network connection options.

1. You have the EX6120 (EX6920 is a pair of ex6120's)?

2. what firmware is on it? 

3. what router are you connect it to? 

4. Have they been setup before? 

5. Have you tried a simple factory reset and reinstall? Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while they're powered on

6. what are all the leds doing?
