Unable to update firmware - on a WN2000RPT with version V1.0.1.24, currently in version V1.0.0.32IC

Hello everyone, need your help in solving the following:

 

My wifi extender is a WN2000RPT with version firmware V1.0.0.32IC

 

I am unable to update firmware - WN2000RPT-V1.0.1.24, currently in version V1.0.0.32IC

 

I keep getting an error message "Error firmware region!"

 

I am in Canada and my wireless is set to Canada for Region, however I have tried United States and same problem.

 

Has anyone experience this and how can I solve it or fix this issue so I can update my Firmware to latest available.

 

Thank you in advance if you can help solve my problem.

I have tried many different way and nothing.

    Did you buy this extender yourself or did it come from an ISP?

    I don't see a version 1.0.0.32IC or even 1.0.0.32 at all for any of the 3x versions of the wn2000rpt
