Unable to view connected devices on Nighthawk EX770

Dear all

Whenever I click on Connected Devices it says please wait and times out and nothing is displayed. The Nighthawk is configured correctly with the latest firmware. However I am unable to view connected devices. Has anyone encountered this before?

TIA

Pierre

Re: Unable to view connected devices on Nighthawk EX770

A couple things you can try.

1. not sure if you logged in through the mywifie . ext or using its ip address. Try the ip address if you didn't

2. try a different browser. I'd recommend firefox. but try a couple

3. did you reboot it?

4. Have you tried factory resetting and reinstalling it?

What firmware version are you on?

Re: Unable to view connected devices on Nighthawk EX770

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

The Nighthawk is on FW V1.0.0.210

I am logging in via the IP of the Firehawk.

I am using Google Chrome. Tried Edge. Same result.

I did not reboot it. Neither did I do a factory reset because it was deployed a few weeks ago.

Thanks

Re: Unable to view connected devices on Nighthawk EX770

I rebooted the Nighthawk and I am now able to view the connected devices. However this seems to be happening quite often. Does that mean that I have to stay rebooting the Nighthawk every time this happens?

If it continues to happen, I'd roll the firmware back to the .206 version, factory reset, and reinstall. disable the auto updates until there's a new version. I've seen issues on the .210 version

Re: Unable to view connected devices on Nighthawk EX770

How do I roll back the firmware update? By doing a factory reset and installing the .206 update? I've received complaints that users are unable to access the Internet. It is intermittent.

TIA

Pierre

Re: Unable to view connected devices on Nighthawk EX770

You download the firmware version you want, then unzip it.

Then just follow the manual firmware update process and use the firmware you downloaded.

Re: Unable to view connected devices on Nighthawk EX770

The issue has cropped up again therefore I will roll back to the .206 fw version.
