Using Nighthawk AX1800 Mesh Routers at two different houses with the same Wi-Fi SSID Name

I bought two Nighthawk AX1800 mesh routers for two different places where I use the same Wi-Fi SSID. Is it possible to set up both places using the same Nighthawk iOS app? Thanks
