WG602v4 - Can't access configuration page

Hi,

I have a WG602v4. I have already successfully set it up and I have wireless internet access through it. However, I want to change the security settings and I cannot access the configuration page.

I've tried several things, none of which work:

-simply entering 192.168.0.227 in the address bar of safari
-changing my computer's ip address back to the defaults given in the manual (192.168.0.210, 255.255.255.0)
-Connecting the router directly to the computer with the ethernet cable
-Resetting the router (but not restoring the factory settings)

I'm totally stuck. I've tried the live chat but it was absolutely no help at all. The troubleshooting sections of the website and the manual doesn't give any kind of helpful information.

I'm using a macbook pro with OSX 10.6, and as previously stated, have no problem with internet access or wireless connectivity. The only problem is accessing the configuration page for the router.

Help please!
