wondering if you can help me. I’ve connected my WiFi extender to my WiFi router. Both the 2.4 ghz and 5.0 ghz are both connected and lights are green. However when u connect to the WiFi extender on a device it hasn’t no internet connection. All lights are green on the extender but the router isn’t giving the extender the internet. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
