WN1000RP WiFi extender not following Router Restrictions

My extender WN1000RP is not following the access restrictions set up on the Linksys E4200 wifi router.  I have tried static IP addressing as well.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.

    Have you made the extenders Ip a static Ip and add it to your list of restrictions?
