WN3000RP Firmware bug in 1.0.1.36 causing lock up after 7 days

Hi Netgear Tech Support,

I am using the WN3000RP with latest firmware 1.0.1.36 for several months. Unfortunately the 1.0.1.36 keeps locking up after about 7..10 days. This means you have to reset the box every week...

Main router that I use is a Fritzbox 7190 running for more then 2 years without requiring any powercycles....

Is there a beta firmware release to test, or is this anything that can be done
to resolve this issue?

You may be helped by reverting to the previous firmware.

Has any one installed the .36 firmware without any problems. If not I will probably wait for the next release. NetGear replied to a request I made as to whether I should install it. They said not to install unless I am having problems. I get periodic dropped connections but they are only a nuisance and may be due to weak signals? I absolutely can not use a CHROMECAST and 2 ip cameras at the same time with only 5 FPS with the current firmware. JK747's problem is worse than mine.
