I didn't know the unit had to be wired in order to update firmware. Now all the unit does is flash green power light. I have no idea what to do now and do not see any links that work on this community. Please help me. Using windows 10. Tried this fix https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9DLrLQrpaw but it didn't work. This link doesn't work http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22688

so it looks like you tried tftp?

Where did it fail? There's a lot of steps in the process and any number of them can cause it to fail. Make sure to type everything exact and make sure you've enabled tftp within windows 10.
