How many devices can simultaneously connect to a WN3000RP wifi range extender?

Hello ingrla
Not a easy question to answer because it depends on your bandwidth but theoretically you router can support up to 255 connections and your extender takes up 1 of those and then all other devices connected to the main router and the extender.

The following is meant to clarify my question.
Only the Netgear WN3000RP extender is connected to the router, which is a Technicolor TG797n v3.
Other devices, such as laptops, smartphones and tablets, are connected to the extender and not directly to the router.
Given this setup, how many such devices should be able to be connected to the extender at the same time?
