WN3000RPv2 wifi range extender router light not lighting up

Hello! I made an account just to resolve this issue. I received and attempted to install my WN3000RPv2 Wifi Range Extender today. I followed the instructions both ways, through WPS, and through Genie. They both give me the same outcome, where I can connect to the Network of the extender, but I can't access the internet. Every light on my extender shows up green, except for the router one, which doesn't show up at all. It is closer to my router than my PC, so I'm just wondering why I'd be having this issue? Thanks.

Hi @sebeadie,
Welcome to the community!
1. You may refer to the installation guide using this link.
2. Connecting to the extender is among the first steps. Please make sure you get to the part where you connect the extender to your main network and putting in the WiFi password.

Re: WN3000RPv2 wifi range extender router light not lighting up
Just tried to update firmware on my extender and now it appears to be bricked. Repowering does nothing and the factory reset button does nothing either, it doesn't even reset. I just have a constant flashing green power light no matter what I do.
